Driving on a suspended or revoked license is, of course, illegal and can result in fines and even jail time in some cases. To check if your state has membership, you can visit the National Center for Interstate Compacts website. In Wisconsin, your driver’s license can be suspended or revoked for a range of reasons. It is also true that some states are not members of the DLC. You are encouraged to seek competent legal representation to assist with this process.
